Lisa Connelly Ziegler, piano teacher

Lisa Connelly Ziegler grew up in a musical household and began studying piano at an early age. She attended St. Catherine’s Preparatory School in Richmond, Virginia, where she studied music theory, composition, and piano in her last three years of high school. She continued her musical education at Syracuse University and later changed her major to psychology.

Lisa worked with Porter Hospital in Denver, Colorado as an Emergency Psychiatric Call Specialist from 1993 to 1999. She worked as a Neuropsychiatric Rater for Radiant Research, Inc. in Denver from 1998 to 2015. She has also taught piano for many years in addition to her work as a psychologist.

Lisa’s training in piano and child psychology give her an exceptional background for teaching young beginners on the piano.
