RECORDINGS

Select recordings I’m particularly proud to have been involved with include:

Mpora Mpora ‘Sifa Sifa Africa’

Featuring African rhythms with traditional African instruments.  This was a very fun project creating a cd to bring about missionary aid to needy communities in Africa.

Melanie ‘Greatest Hits Package’

Their concept was to record each song on the cd in different major city with a popular band from that area.  They used the band ‘Firefall’ while in Denver, and I was called in to play bass with Firefall on the song ‘Long Train Running’.

A Stone’s Throw  ‘as yet unreleased’

One of Denver’s favorite bands features a crowd-pleasing mix of folk/Celtic/pop; this cd was a pleasure to record.

NO WAY OUT

First solo cd from Southern California-based jazz trumpeter Dr. Steve Roach.

PETE MARTINEZ

Played on the first release from Pete’s 2nd cd, which spent time on the top-10 country charts in the corner states.
